We are now one third of the way through the State Championships, and around 6-7 weeks away from a start in the Junior Competition. So we should be seeing everyone involved in training – particularly with the return of the Steeres this week. Special thanks to all our interim coaches who have done a great job keeping us all busy! I’m sure Darren will return from Rio with some new training ideas and drills to have us ready for finals action!
