The Essendon-DVE U14 girls played off in the grand final game on Sunday, going down to the MC Minnows. It was a valiant attempt, given 3 players were unavailable (including our goal keeper). Our girls should be proud of their efforts on the day – and throughout this competition, to finish in second place, collecting the silver! Well done to all our players and coach, Darren Steere!
